1) Processing your data to provide you a customer support: a contact form

- date and time of the enquiry.
We process this data in accordance with the Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. b) of the GDPR. The data collected for processing the inquiry could be stored in a CRM system. Your data will be deleted if the detention of the data is no longer necessary.

2) Processing your data for administrative purposes and to enhance your experience on our website

GeoIP Detection is another WordPress plugin. We installed it to identify the geographic information using your IP address with the help of the Maxmind Database.
GeoIP is processing only the IP address of the requesting Internet-enabled device. Our legitimate interest is to improve our website and to make your experience more joyful. It is based on the Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. f of the GDPR.

Contact Form by BestWebSoft is the WordPress plugin. The information processed by this tool is stored in the database of their hosting server for backup and later reference purposes.
Contact Form collects the following data:
- 1. the IP address of the requesting Internet-enabled device,
- 2. the website from which access was made (referrer URL),
- 3. date and time of access,
- 4. the browser you are using and, if applicable, the operating system of your in-ternet-enabled computer, as well as the name of your access provider.
Our legitimate interest is to improve our website and enhance your experience with our contact forms. It is based on the Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. f of the GDPR.

Recipients of your data
Your data may be transferred to the recipients outside of the European Union or the European Economic Area in the exceptional cases for the processing operations described in the above section “Purposes of processing”.
